To Whom It May Concern,

I have been a Senior Drill Site Manager the last 13 years working with different clients, Unocal, Chevron, Santos, AWE, Origin and now Daewoo.

Kerry Cooper came out to the SHWE Platform to relieve one of the Geologists and in a very short time proved to the team his vast knowledge in geology and his commitment to teaching our GeoServices team how to analysis, report and communicate with our drilling team; Kerry was brought onboard full time.

I can honestly say without a doubt Kerry has been one of the best offshore geologists I have ever worked with. Our Production team was having problems analyzing the samples coming from down hole causing problems but Kerry took a sample and gave them a step by step interpretation they were extremely happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kerry as Offshore Geologist and wish him all the best for the future.

Yours Sincerely,

Bryan A. Houston

PetroFrontier Corporation

25 November 2012

To whom it may concern,

I employed Kerry Cooper as Senior Wellsite Geologist for PetroFrontier’s ongoing exploration project in the Georgina Basin of north central Australia.  I also had the pleasure of working directly with Kerry as his ‘cross-shift’ in the horizontal leg of PFC MacIntyre-2H.

The professional attributes and work ethic that Mr. Cooper brought to our drilling team are exceptional; his excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with everyone from our Adelaide office, to the drilling supervisors, mudloggers, directional drillers and the drilling crews, contributed to the very positive atmosphere on the wellsite.

From a technical perspective, Kerry’s sample descriptions are first rate, which resulted in a thorough Composite Log that was finished at the wellsite.  His understanding of complex structural models and his ability to use LWD tools, ROP and gas interpretation to make geo-steering recommendations is also exceptional.  Our Adelaide Office was using an LWD-based computer program to predict structural changes and pick the probable landing point of the horizontal build section.  Mr. Cooper was also correlating the bedding and discovered that the computer program was erroneous by almost 3m TVD.  He stopped the drilling operation, consulted with the Adelaide office and the directional plan was modified, saving the company a very severe dogleg at the least and the cost of a plug-back at the worst.  He kept our wellpath within 1.5m TVD of the thin (3m) target zone, while keeping dogleg severity to a minimum, giving us a very useable borehole for our completion.

It was a pleasure to work with a person of such professional caliber and I have absolutely no reservations whatsoever to recommend Kerry to any other company as a wellsite supervisor or Operations Geologist.  We intend to continue to use Kerry as one of our wellsite specialists in future wells and hope he will be available.

Yours truly,

Petro-Canada

November 2011

To Whom It May Concern:

I was an Operations Geologist contracted by Petro-Canada for the Ash Shaer and Block 2 wells in Syria; Kerry Cooper was a Senior Wellsite Geologist on this project.

Kerry worked for me over a period of 8 months until the end of the project and I found him to be one of the most professional Wellsite Geologist I have encountered.   I have not met another geologist who describes samples so well with a knowledge that is vast and accurate.  I learned a great deal from Kerry during the time he worked for me.

Kerry also has a number of other key skills that allow me to recommend him:

•             Communicates effectively at all levels orally and written

•             Works very well with different cultures.

•             Discriminates relevant information to be passed to town

•             Uses a computer to a high level

•             Works efficiently with limited backup in remote areas

•             Works exceptionally well in a team

Kerry is a personable and dependable person and is easily ready for the next step in his career. I would have no problem in recommending Kerry to any future employer and would certainly be happy to work with Kerry again. I wish him all the best for the future.  If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to call me.

First Calgary Petroleums

January 3, 2005

To Whom It May Concern:

First Calgary Petroleums employed Kerry Cooper as wellsite geological supervisor for approximately two years during their successful twelve well exploration drilling program in the Berkine Basin of Algeria.  From January 2003 to January 2005, he supervised eleven of the twelve wells, frequently as the only geologist on site and in several instances providing training to less experienced geologists.

All of the wells were deep, with Total Depths mostly in the 4400 meter range and with multiple targets in the Triassic, Carboniferous, Upper and Lower Devonian.  Special attention was required to determine the base of the evaporites so that intermediate casing could be set above the target horizons.  Careful geological logging was also required to identify new hydrocarbon-bearing horizons in intervals that had scarcely been explored by Industry previously.

Kerry Cooper performed the duties of geological supervisor in an exceptionally competent and conscientious manner and in my opinion, set a new standard for geological sample logging in Algeria.  First Calgary Petroleums will certainly offer him employment again once our drilling program resumes. In the meantime, Kerry is highly recommended to any other employer.
